**GP Receptionist (Patient Coordinator)**

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their healthcare needs with professionalism and kindness.

**Session days and hours** - To be confirmed.

Sessions will be at either our Brockenhurst or Sway site. There is also the opportunity for additional, flexible hours on an ad-hoc basis.

**What we're looking for**:

- A warm and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional, even during busy periods.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for working in a community-based environment.
- Previous experience in a GP surgery reception.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills (training will be provided for our systems).

- £11.44 per hour during the probationary period for those without prior experience
