**We are currently recruiting for a part time Spa Receptionist at Rhinefield House Hotel, Brockenhurst in the New Forest.**

Rhinefield House Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star Hotel with 50 bedrooms. It is a popular wedding, leisure and afternoon tea venue and has a 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant.

**About the role**:
We are on the lookout for a warm, friendly and proactive Spa Receptionist to join our team.

The role of Spa Receptionist involves meeting & greeting guests who are coming to use the pool & spa facilities, checking people in for their spa treatments, providing towels, answering the phone and taking spa bookings and enquiries.

You will also be responsible for keeping the reception area and changing rooms clean and tidy at all times, on the closing shift ensuring the pool & spa area is clean and ready for the next day.

Working 18 hours per week over 2 or 3 days, on an early shift from 6.45am to 3.15pm or a late shift from 12.45pm to 9.15pm, days working will include weekends on a rota basis.

- Previous reception experience is desirable, but not essential, it would benefit to have an understanding of a spa environment.
