**Receptionist Position**

Physical Balance, a respected and trusted clinic offering over 20 health and wellbeing services plus a bespoke Pilates and yoga studio based in Daneshill, Basingstoke. We have experienced rapid growth in all areas over the past few years and have a busy team of 25 practitioners and 7 studio trainers, who together with our reception team welcome around a thousand clients a month.

We are currently looking for a new part time receptionist who would be happy to work on various shifts patterns, including some early evenings and one Saturday a month.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide friendly and welcoming service to all patients and clients, always representing the PB brand.
- Answering telephones.
- Making appointments on our booking systems.
- Taking client payments within clinic.
- Making calls to clients ahead of their appointment as required.
- Ensuring client information is kept up to date.
- Dealing with queries and taking ownership of any that you respond to, to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure you maximise all opportunities for sale.
- Diary optimisation - be aware and act on adjustments that need to be made.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept presentable.
- General administration.
- Ensuring the practitioners day runs as smoothly as possible.
- Assisting the Practice Manager with ad hoc projects.
- Involvement in marketing activities as required.
- Promoting reviews and newsletter sign-ups.
- Communicate feedback and complaints to the Directors and Practice Manager as necessary.
