The role of a **Head Receptionist **at our South Ham, Basingstoke practice with Damira Dental Studios will give you all of the above and more.

At Damira Dental Studios our **Head Receptionists** provide the first contact with our patients providing excellent customer care and service. The **Head Receptionist** role is vital to the smooth running of the practice.

Damira Dental Studios owns 26 practices across London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire and we are growing Our practices offer a mix of NHS and private dental care.

Working in a dental practice can be busy and requires excellent teamwork.

The **Head Receptionist **will need to:

- provide first class customer service to our patients face to face and by telephone
- be able to follow clinical guidelines
- book appointments via our in house software and take payment.
- Assist the Practice Manager in the supervision of Receptionists in the practice.

**Hours**:
Approximately 40 hours per week

A mixture of 07.45am
- 14.15pm, 13.45pm
- 20.15pm, 07.45am
- 20.15pm shifts.

**Experience**:Ideally dentally trained with knowledge of SOE, previous reception and customer service experience preferred
