Are you passionate about travel and eager to start an exciting career in the travel industry? We’re looking for an organised and motivated Apprentice to join our Administration team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning the ropes of the travel business, all while being fully supported by a friendly and successful team. In this role, you’ll help with day-to-day administration tasks and provide excellent customer service support for our GoCruise & Travel Franchise as well as our Fred. Holidays Tour Operation. Don’t worry if you’re new to this, full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed.

Each booking is important to us, we are travel enthusiasts who value our customers and want nothing but the best service for them leading up to their holiday. It is, therefore, our priority as an Administration team to have a keen eye for detail when cross checking bookings, using our initiative when problem solving and to always strive for the best outcome.

This is a Full-Time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week, we ask that you are flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
