The role of Forklift Operator at RECO Hoist Hire & Sales primarily involves operating forklifts to safely and efficiently move materials and equipment within the facility. Responsibilities include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, organizing stock, and assisting with inventory management. Forklift operators must adhere to safety regulations and company procedures while maintaining equipment and ensuring a tidy work environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

**Y**our responsibilities will include**:

- Picking and preparing equipment
- Handling a Forklift
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles using mechanical aids or manual labour
- Sorting, servicing, and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring Working safely and responsibly, adhering to company health and safety protocols and environmental guidelines

**Are you the right person for the job?**:

- Counterbalance and/or telescopic forklift licence; (**Required)**:

- Available to work in a busy logistics environment;
- Capable of lifting heavy materials for a prolonged period of time;
- Must have an enthusiasm for the task in hand and a willingness to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines;
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team to enhance our service to our customers;
- Must have the ability to read and pick numerous items from picklists;
