**Main Purpose of the Role**

As a Woodshop Operative, you will play a key role in supporting multiple sections within our Woodshop. Your duties will include painting, sanding, moving kit, loading and unloading as required. You will work closely with our skilled teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide labour support across various departments (such as linings, workshop, painting, warehouse) in the woodshop as needed.
- Assist with painting, sanding and other woodworking tasks
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all items are handled safely.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to assist with logistics and movement of materials

**Essential Requirements**:

- A Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
- Ability to perform physical labour and operate basic hand tools
- Strong attention to details and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,177.50-£32,122.35 per year
