**Sales and Marketing Manager - Hospitality**

Are you a passionate Sales and Marketing Manager, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients based in Leicestershire, heading up their Venue Sales team.

As Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for promoting the venue and its facilities all year round to ensure repeat and new clientele into the business. Managing strategic business plans with the Owners and other Senior Managers of the businessto ensure a profitable operation.
The business is a Beautiful Hall Hotel, Spa and Wedding venue set within the stunning Leicestershire countryside.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Manager:

- To be number driven with the ability to win new business and build strong professional relationships.
- Build strategic business sales plans in the short and long term, along with the Owners and Directors.
- Build, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Wedding Coordinators.
- Be able to suggest and implement new business ideas to ensure the Hotel stays ahead of the trends.
- Create and implement structured sales plans and packages for the Hotel and Wedding Venue.
- Present and show the Venue to potential clientele, Private parties, corporate event, Bride and Grooms etc.
- Create and roll out creative and captivating marketing materials across various platforms including, websites, socials etc.

**Person specification:

- **
- Proven experience of working in a Sales and Marketing Hospitality role previously. Ideally from a Hotel or Weddings background.
- Able to build and maintain strong working relations with internal teams and external customers and clients.
- Previous Management experience is beneficial.
- IT literate, including high level of Excel and CRM systems.

This is a full time permanent Sales and Marketing Manager position,
5 out of 7 working day, Rota basis.
Annual salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus annual company benefits.
