Transition 360 is a service established in providing support to Young People (16-18 years) in care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to the opening of a new semi-independent provisions in Preston

We have full time, part time. night shifts, BANK hours and weekend shifts available

We are looking for experienced staff to work in an organisation that specialises in supporting young people into independence, empowering and mentoring.

You will have direct experience of supporting Young People (16 - 25 year old) in provide support, guidance and advice in all areas of daily life; this includes budgeting, health, careers, education, relationships, culture, identity, managing accommodation maintenance and safety etc.
- **Basic computer knowledge - competence in using microsoft office, web portals and websites will be needed**_

Sleep rate : £35

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
