Conrad Connect is pleased to be supporting an award-winning specialist consultancy who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with proven experience gained from a similar position to join their growing team based on the outskirts of New Malden, South-West London.

As the HR Advisor you will be the main contact for all matters relating to Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Performance Management within the business and support all levels of the Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for anything related to HR & Talent and must ensure all policies are consistent. As the HR Advisor will also act as a trusted point of contact to all employees and contractors of the business.

Main Duties
- You will manage various HR queries throughout the business and support all staff as required
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions, commission/ bonus schemes
- Advising and supporting all managers on recruitment and selection strategies
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
- Concluding terms and conditions of employment with staff
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Using HR information systems to access, input and compile staff data
- Identifying future development needs and implementing development plans and required
- Managing all staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems and managing their expectations
- Researching, recommending and implementing performance evaluation methods
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation and business requirements
- Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives
- Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives
- Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
- Developing and managing Learning and Development Plan.
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- Experience of working in a similar role in an SME
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Dynamic, forward thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced business and department
