An elite, multi-award-winning systematic trading firm in London is seeking a **Trade Floor Support Engineer** for a 6-month fixed term contract. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive desktop and trade floor support within the financial services industry.
- Use strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows 10 OS to manage system operations.
- Troubleshoot and manage Market Data Applications, with a preference for Bloomberg experience.
- Efficiently resolve technical issues using advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Leverage SCCM experience to improve system management and deployment processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in desktop and trade floor support within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows 10.
- Experience with Market Data Applications, particularly Bloomberg, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- SCCM experience is a strong advantage.
