Job DescriptionTrade Floor Support Engineer Trading SystemsLocation: London (Onsite)Contract: Inside IR35 6-month initial term (extension likely)Were seeking an experienced Trade Floor Support Engineer to join a leading global financial organisation in London. This role sits within a fast-paced front-office environment providing hands-on technical support across a range of trading systems and applications.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical and application support to traders and front-office teams on the trading floor Troubleshoot issues across desktops trading applications market data feeds and infrastructure components Maintain and support key trading systems such as Bloomberg Aladdin Reuters Eikon Fidessa or similar platforms Liaise with infrastructure application and network teams to ensure minimal disruption to trading operations Deliver a high level of service working under pressure in a live trading environmentRequired Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in trade floor or front-office support within financial services Strong knowledge of trading applications (Bloomberg Aladdin etc.) and associated workflows Solid technical foundation in Windows networking and desktop/application support Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure time-critical environmentContract Details Inside IR35 engagement Onsite London (no remote option due to front-office nature) 6-month initial contract with potential for extensionIf you have a background supporting traders and front-office technology in global banking or investment environments wed like to hear from you.
