Join our team handling Stolen Vehicle Tracking alerts and become a key player and make a difference to our customers.
**What you'll be doing**
**Location**: Kents Hill Business Park, Milton Keynes
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, 12:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, including bank/public holidays, and cover for absences as needed.
**As a Contact Centre Operator, your responsibilities will include**:
- Responding promptly to system alerts and alarms.
- Managing customer theft notifications and documenting vehicle thefts efficiently.
- Action commissioning and performing health check reports.
- Adhering to Alarm and Call Handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Undertaking various administrative tasks as necessary.
**What you'll need**
**To excel in this role, you will require**:
- Proficient computer skills and the capacity to master new software quickly.
- The ability to assimilate a broad range of skills and processes.
- Exceptional customer service expertise with a confident and effective approach to telephone communication.
- Strong focus and prioritization skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
- A high level of attention to detail, particularly with literacy and numeracy.
- Be highly motivated, reliable and have a flexible approach.
**Desirable attributes include**:
- Previous experience in an Operations Centre/Control Room.
- Solid geographical knowledge.
