We are recruiting for a Control Room Operator to join our team at a prestigious client site in Westminster.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the control room is running effectively and efficiently.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
To adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and escalations. Follow and ensure instructions are followed as listed in the Control Room Manual and appendices
To undertake, record and report all incidents and occurrences accordingly and take action as necessary
Assist in implementing positive change within the control room assuring that we continue to progress and meet required standards alongside supervisor
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly control room checks are carried out and documented
Reporting into the Security Supervisor/ Manager onsite, work in line with the Security Teams for additional security requests as required
**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
SIA and CCTV Licence essential for the role
Ability to follow policy and procedure
Able to build and maintain relationships
Able to liaise with people at all levels
Effective communication and report writing skills
Able to evaluate situations and prioritizing work
IT Knowledge
Knowledge of control room
Good Organizational Skills
5 O levels or GCSE, Including English and Maths
