**Support Analyst, 2nd line, Desktop, Server**
**The Role**
Working in a sector that is truly rewarding, the Support Analyst will be joining a welcoming, structured support team providing a true support service to approximately 3,500 staff spread across various sites throughout the Home Counties.Covering 2nd linesupport as a point of escalation from the 1st line team, the Support Analyst will be supporting desktops and servers, as well as networking and telephony equipment.
Working from home 3 days a week and in the Oxfordshire-based head office for the rest of the time, the Support Analyst will also need to be willing to travel to additional sites from time-to-time as required.
**What do I need?**
My client is keen to find a Support Analyst with skills/experience in as many of the following areas as possible, but of equal importance is to find someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, technically curious, with strong troubleshooting and problem solvingskills, coupled with a “can-do” attitude
- 2nd line IT support
- Support of various Microsoft desktop technologies such as Windows 7, 8 & 10
- Some server/network support experience
- Active Directory
- Office 365
