My client, a rapidly growing organisation within the MedTech industry, is seeking a IT Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. The successful IT Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer will join a small in-house infrastructure team,on a predominantly hybrid working basis, with adhoc visits to the Oxford office. As the successful IT Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will work to support internal users providing both server, hardware and systems support, within a mixed Windows& Linux environment. You will be an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills and lots of ideas, as well as a drive to support the development and growth of a wider business.

**What’s Required?**
To be successful within this role the IT Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer will need to have the following skillset:

- Prior commercial experience of IT support, ideally up to 2nd line
- Sound knowledge / experience working within both Windows & Linux environments
- Experience of virtualisation, ideally with VMWare as well as experience with Active Directory & Windows 10
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
