**The Role**

Here at Greene King we are investing heavily in brand strategy and brand planning, and we are looking for a Brand Manager to join our central marketing function and deliver the development and activation of plans at Masterbrand level. Under the guidanceof the Brand Controller, this role will manage the planning and execution (into divisions) of Greene King Masterbrand initiatives. This role offers the right individual an excellent opportunity to join a newly created team and have impact across our brand.This permanent, full time role will require time in Burton-on-Trent, London, Bury St Edmunds, and across our pub, hotel and brewery estate.
**What am I Expected to Deliver?**
- Support the planning and execution (into divisions) of all Greene King group wide consumer initiatives (working via the matrix within central brand and divisional marketing teams)
- Manage the execution of consumer facing ESG initiatives
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans through the ability to turn customer insight and market understanding into commercially viable strategic initiatives
- Support the continued future development of the Greene King brand proposition.
- Stewardship of Greene King Masterbrand guidelines. Liaison with brand, divisional marketing, corporate and digital teams to ensure the Greene King brand is represented in line with proposition and guidelines.

**Required Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role you will have experience at a Brand Manager level, ideally from within a hospitality/retail/FMCG background, and will have the ability to be a self-starter and lead a number of concurrent branding projects. More important thanyour experience is the ability to demonstrate
- A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically
- An innovative and creative mindset with the ability to drive new concepts
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to gain trust and influence cross functional teams
