Quality & Accreditations Co-ordinator

We are looking for a hard-working and conscientious administrator to be responsible for providing administrative support to maintain our ISO Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy accreditations as well as the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI). In addition to this you will work with the other administrators in the team as part of a ‘pooled’ administrative function across our Quality & Patient Safety Teams.
You must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, be adaptable, flexible, and innovative. You must have the ability to work on your own as well as within a team and be highly motivated to deliver excellence.
The post will be expected to work cross site as required.

- Support the Quality Manager for ISO and QSI in maintaining quality standards.
- Support the development of a Programme Quality Management Plan to meet accreditation requirements, including risk management procedures, reporting of incidents and adverse events, audit programmes and the requirements for review meetings, corrective actions, documentation and reporting
- Coordinate the development of Standard Operating Procedures to include; selection and treatment, consent, safety procedures, risk management, training, competency assessment, outcome analysis, audits, waste disposal, and disaster response.
- Develop and maintain a process for document control and storage as required by accreditation standards and Trust policies using the Q Pulse IT system and other Quality & Patient Safety databases.

- Assist with the presentation of data on areas of responsibility for inclusion in the Trust's Clinical Governance Quarterly and Annual Reports.
- Provide cross cover and support for relevant team members as required.
- Work in collaboration with other Trust areas developing quality management systems and participate where required.
- Working with Patient Safety & Risk Management to ensure systems are available and responsive to user’s requirements.
