2.1.1 To manage and lead the transport co-ordinators facilitating the provision of a high-quality service.

2.1.2 To ensure that the non-emergency transport service desk including booking and

assessments is appropriately covered during usual working hours.

2.1.3 To carry out annual staff appraisals according to Trust policy.

2.1.4 To assist with staff recruitment in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.

2.1.5 To co-ordinate annual leave utilising Healthroster.

2.1.6 To ensure all staff undertake the required mandatory updates within the Trust and to provide training within the department and ensure ongoing staff development.
