We are looking for a capable and well organised Admin Supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic team. The person will work with a team of Nuclear Medicine Secretaries, Technologists, PA’s and consultants and will report to the NM Operational Lead. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the administrative staff within the Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT departments across the Sutton and Chelsea sites ensuring the 7-day service target for PET/CT imaging is met. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support and train the Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Administration team across site, to ensure a comprehensive Reception and Booking Service is maintained.

The post holder will ensure that urgent, unplanned PET/CT appointments at all sites are scheduled, completed and reported within the key 7-working day and 13-working day targets. Ensuring appointments are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner, so that results can be made available to fit with the patient’s pathway and prevent the Trust incurring financial penalties

This will be predominantly with the Radioisotope Service Manager, PET/CT Data Manager, Deputy Service Leads, Operational Lead, Nuclear Medicine Physicians and Radiologists, Technologists/Radiographers and Nuclear Medicine clerical staff, OPD and referrers on both sites.
