To carry out administrative tasks in support of events and courses within the School and Conference Centre; including file management, organisation of mail-out communication and production of supporting documentation. This also includes preparation of delegate badges, certificates and packs.

Regularly monitor and assess uptake data to facilitate proactive action on activity promotion.

To maintain and update the School databases including leading on the marketing databases.
