We are located in the centre of Stratford with fantastic transport links.

We are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our small and friendly team at the hotel.

As a Reservations Agent you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with clients to ensure that accurate details for each reservation are obtained
- To consistently deliver an excellent service to all guests and clients making enquiries or bookings at the hotel
- Establishing client requirements and identifying how the hotel can facilitate their needs
- The ability to handle and book both individual and group reservations
- Ensuring enquiries are managed to maximise sales, occupancy, and revenue, including up-selling equipment, F&B, and relevant hotel facilities wherever possible
- Actively working as part of a team to achieve the department objectives and budget
- Actively consider prevention, recovery, and investigation of any complaints
- Have great attention to detail
- To focus on selling best practices with rate management and forecasting

Previous hotel reservation experience is a MUST and knowledge of Opera PMS is advantageous.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to develop their hotel reservations career further by wanting to learn more about best selling practices, rate management, rooms forecasting and revenue management.
