Join our dynamic team at Firmdale Hotels' prestigious Knightsbridge location We are currently seeking a vibrant and dedicated Reservations Agent to enrich our guests' experiences with unparalleled service and warmth.

**Part time role, 16hrs per work, Monday & Tuesday.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with guests and external agents in a confident and personable manner, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of our hotel rooms and facilities to recommend rates and packages tailored to guests' preferences and needs.
- Work collaboratively with our front office team to maintain seamless operations and uphold our high standards of service.
- Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail in managing reservations and ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Uphold Firmdale Hotels' reputation for excellence by consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering positive relationships.
