We are actively looking for individuals that are passionate about making a difference, and have an opportunity for a **Enterprise Risk Management Office Co-ordinator** to join our team.

**Job Purpose**
- To ensure provision of an effective and efficient administrative support service to the ERM team ensuring that daily and monthly workloads and related duties are carried out with due diligence and attention. To provide support for the administration of the global insurance programme._
- This will include holding responsibility for key elements of the Group ERM Management systems
- Security, Quality, Safety, Health Environment, and Business Continuity._

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- To support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management on a day-to-day basis.
- Collation of monthly reporting data for key ERM Board and ELT reports
- To assist in the day-to-day administration and annual renewal of the global insurance programme.
- Responsible for administrative liaison for the team, including organisation and daily maintenance of office communications, team meetings and travel arrangements
- Undertake all required document control activity to ensure compliance with the ERM Management Systems and associated regulations and international standards.
- To input, maintain and collate all relevant data to support ERM functionality.
- To ensure all ERM related activities owned and undertaken are co-ordinated, controlled, reported, scheduled, timetabled and assigned.
- To prepare and co-ordinate reports and agendas for meetings, including dispatch to relevant members and minute taking as required.
- To communicate, escalate and inform all relevant parties of improvement opportunities.
- Undertake any other identified reasonable duties as required.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications/Knowledge**
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- It is essential the post holder demonstrates competence and aptitude in being able to handle complex and varied workloads including ability to prioritise
- The post holder must be computer literate, including Microsoft office
- The post holder must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
- Experience in dealing with health and safety, environmental management, risk management, business continuity, security or insurance would be helpful.
