Repairs Coordinator (Watch Repairs) - Birmingham Service Centre - Part Time - 20 hrs
Working within our Repairs workshop in the Birmingham Service Centre you will assist in delivering a support service as a key part of one of the UK’s largest single site Jewellery repair functions.
You will be responsible for the control and allocation of the team’s repair workload including the accurate receipt, logging, estimating, flow control and dispatching of customer repairs. Reporting into the Watch Repair Operations Manager, you will liaise andco-ordinate with internal and external functions to support our stores and customers. This is a wonderful opportunity to help our customers celebrate life and express love.
This is a busy role which will demand great attention to detail skills. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will liaise with internal stakeholders and customer through several communication channels.

Other general duties may include booking items in for repair, data entry, opening deliveries, taking photos of items and calculating repair estimates.

Experience and/or an interest in Jewellery would be advantageous
