Customer Experience Executive

My client is a lead generation business, so in simple terms, they are an organisation that makes money through matching up customers with the businesses they are looking for. They are an award-winning business with over ten years’ experience generating high-intent leads for financial advice firms.

Due to expansion and growth they are looking to hire a Customer Experience Executive.

They are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who can join the Customer Experience Team. The role is for someone who has experience working in sales, customer service or someone who has the passion to learn.

**This role includes a mixture of office based and home based working.**

**Your role of the Customer Experience Executive**:
This role involves making high volume outbound calls to speak to our customers ensuring they received the help they needed. You will be a master at object handling and be able to resolve any queries or concerns whilst constantly looking for any opportunities to cross and up sell.

We need somebody that can think on their feet to ensure that every customer goes away remembering the high-quality service that we provide.

Outside of outbound calls, there may be some tasks to support the sales teams, so high attention to detail is a must. We’re team players, so you can expect to join a lively and welcoming team from day one

This role involves a high number of outbound calls per day, no cold calling. The calls are to customers who have placed enquiries on our website.

You’ll naturally be engaging when speaking to customers and have impeccable communication skills. We want somebody who is dynamic - somebody who can work in a fast-paced environment.

We will develop your skill set, and we will give you all the tools to develop your skills. Ideally you will have some exposure to financial services products, however, we are more interested in your willingness to learn, your sales/customer service ability and professional attitude.

**This role is working 36 hours between 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday - Friday. With potential to include some Saturday shifts in the future. Office based Tues, Wed & Thu and at home Monday & Friday.**
