Using your extensive experience of customer service and experience within IT Service Delivery, you will:

- Lead a team of regional customer service specialists and technical specialists to improve customer service standards throughout Nuffield Health.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user in order to improve user satisfaction.
- Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service with IT foundation training.
- Coach, develop and mentor your team of direct and indirect reports to maintain and improve motivation and commitment levels.
- Manage service delivery for Nuffield users and provide day to day operational guidance, overseeing and driving SLAs for ticket management.
- Recommend solutions to problems and cost-effective strategies for sites.
- Help co-ordinate small moves & projects.
- Provide local advice and guidance on Information Security concerns.
- Work with employees throughout the estate to identify opportunities to proactively improve the IT service and technology within Nuffield Health.
- Manage a budget for IT hardware across the estate, reviewing requests and provide cost effective solutions.
- Proactively provide service management updates to senior leaders within your region and work closely with other regional teams in the business.
