Regional Operations Manager

Overview An exciting opportunity to join Keys Group as a Regional Operations Manager. This key role leads a team of registered managers to deliver high‑quality care and strong performance, positively impacting the lives of vulnerable people while embracing our values. The Regional Manager will have direct accountability to ensure delivery of the best possible outcomes for the people they support. The candidate will achieve this through effective operational management, maintaining high quality services, and providing commercial profitability for both existing business and new growth opportunities. You will also create, develop and sustain partnership working relationships with commissioning authorities, external agencies, families and advocates. Responsibilities Drive operational excellence across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development, leading a high‑performing team. Foster relationships with stakeholders, ensuring service standards and patient outcomes meet or exceed regulatory expectations. Required Qualifications Experience and evidence of competence in a Registered Manager role with multi‑site management experience Commitment to Keys Group values, standards, policies, procedures, processes, and practices Demonstrated delivery of high‑quality services Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and financial management skills Full understanding of compliance requirements and internal controls Passionate leadership with evidence of successfully developing and managing teams Proven ability to build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships Track record of delivering above‑budget performance while maintaining high‑quality care standards Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities Background in working with adults displaying challenging behaviours and knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and ABI Professional qualification equivalent to degree level or a management qualification (e.g., QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management), or working towards this Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the geographical region or elsewhere as required Benefits Salary up to £55,000 per annum Car Allowance £3,600 per annum paid monthly 21% Annual Bonus Paid Mileage Annual leave 32 days, inclusive of bank holidays Career progression opportunities within Keys Group Free parking and meals at residential services DBS check coverage and renewal costs Ongoing training and development with award‑winning Learning and Development Team Pension scheme Life insurance Well‑being support through Employee Assistance Program Staff referral scheme with £500 referral bonus EPIC awards and prizes recognising exceptional performance Discounts via Blue Light card Veteran Support Keys Group proudly signs the Armed Forces Covenant and offers veteran‑friendly policies.
