Admin / Scheduling Assistant

_We are seeking a new member of staff to join our growing team. The job role will be a varied office based role and duties are as described below._
- The role will involve but is not exclusive to: _
- Order Processing and scheduling works for our team of engineers through our job management software_
- Assisting the office with general admin duties_
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and dealing with customer and engineer enquiries_
- Keeping records up to date both paper and computer based _
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers_
- Preparation and issuing of Risk Assessments and Method Statements_
- Preparation and issuing Report to clients_
- Arrange the hire, delivery, and off hire of access equipment/plant where necessary_
- Requesting quotes from our suppliers and raising purchase orders_
- Skills/Qualifications required: _
- Excellent time management skills; spoken and written English; IT skills to include Excel/Word/Outlook; phone manner_
- Engineer scheduling_
- Accuracy and attention to detail_
- Willingness to develop knowledge and experience_
- Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm._
- Salary £22k to £26k dependent on experience plus inclusion to the company bonus scheme after 6 month probation period._
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
