Working as part of a small service coordination team, the role will be to undertake all administrative and other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the service office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records.
- Assisting the other members of the admin team when needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required ensuring the smooth running of the service office.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Essential**
- Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience
- Enthusiastic and a good team player
- Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail
- Good customer service skills
Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm and Bank Holidays.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £9,012.96 per year
