**Sales Admin Co-Ordinator**

Our client is a design, engineering and manufacturing business, based in Witham who are passionate about quality and driving change. They believe in a positive work environment and supporting the team and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team as a **Sales Admin Co-Ordinator.**
**Duties (include but are not limited to)**
- Telephone and reception answering.
- Sales and customer service support to all existing and prospective new clients
- Providing technical advice on our system and product where possible
- Sending out literature and samples to enquirers
- Liaising with all Couriers to ensure efficient delivery deadlines and company service commitments are met
- Providing quotes & pricing information
- Resolving any issues with sales orders before processing and/or invoicing
- Liaising with suppliers and partnering manufacturers
- Daily Invoicing of all sales once delivery is correct and complete.
- Working closely with all Area Sales Managers to maximize sales returns
- Payment of cheques into bank and general banking
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
- Ensuring CRM system is up to date and following up where necessary
- Facilitating a positive and productive work environment, extending a “can do, will do” team approach to always assist the company achieving its goals.
**Person Specification**
- Experience with order processing, admin and customer service
- Confident and positive telephone manner
- Professional communicator and well organised
- Excellent time-keeping skills with a keen eye-for detail and high-level of accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative and take on additional duties
