We are hiring a Clinic and Marketing co-ordinator to help our busy aesthetics clinic continue growing.

About Us:
We are an award-winning non-surgical skin clinic that has been established for over 20 years. You will be working alongside the Clinic owner who will value you and nurture you.

**Working in tandem with our clinical director/owner, responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting patients and ensuring they are made to feel welcome, dealing with their enquiries in a professional and courteous way
- Ensuring a five-star patient experience at all times and developing a professional rapport with all patients
- Managing several social media profiles
- Managing the clinic diary for three busy practitioners
- Managing professional and retail stock levels utilising our clinic system (Pabau)
- Assisting in successfully rolling out in-house promotions and events and marketing the clinic through social media and local advertising, with a heavy focus on Instagram marketing
- Other various administrative tasks such as keeping the clinic tidy, packaging and posting retail orders, and ad hoc admin duties
- Planning and co-ordinating clinic events

**Hours**:
Full-Time - 9am-5pm, Five days a week (including one Saturday a month)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- An interest in skincare and the beauty/aesthetics industries
- Good level of general education, including numeracy, English, and IT
- Social media skills, particularly Instagram
- Writing skills including a strong grasp of spelling and grammar
- IT skills and general comfort with various computer programs and software - experience with Pabau, Canva, WordPress, or video editing software would be highly regarded but not necessary
- Honest, discreet, reliable, and professional at all times
- Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute ideas
- Due to the location of the clinic, having one's own transport is key

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Full-Time salary £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Plus discretionary bonus.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday's

Full-time hours: 37.5hrs per week

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
