We are the only company to offer an extensive range of specialist products, equipment and support services across both the dental & beauty markets in the UK and ROI.

Our teams are based at our central office in Witham Essex, Blackpool, Crumlin Ireland, and Stirling Scotland.

We are currently looking for our next **Venodr Scheduler** to join our team at our Head Office in Witham, Essex.

**About the role**:
To ensure the company goals of maintains standard levels of stocks, limiting back orders and out of stocks by creating and managing purchase orders. To assist with Inventory Management to ensure the prevention of aged and excess stock.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support and deliver the supply chain elements of the business strategy including product forecasting, ordering, meeting the customer service level and stock holding targets expected.
- Working with the wider procurement team with regards to product life cycle and introducing new products.
- Forecasting and scheduling where required.
- Manage the ordering process, ensuring MOQs, MOVs and stock requirements are achieved.
- Monitoring outstanding purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted supply and data accuracy.
- Ensure all orders placed are acknowledged, products and pricing are confirmed within the target set by the business and ensuring all price discrepancies are escalated.
- Processing and ordering of special orders for non-stocked products and direct send orders.
- Prevention and management of backorders, expediting goods where required and supporting internal departments for management of backorders.
- Awareness of stock holding, working in the interests of the wider business to reduce residual inventory.
- Manage ongoing supply and deal with any issues as they arise which effect availability of product. Ensuring the wider business are aware of any issues.
- Identifying and communicating future issues to their reporting manager
- Assist with the importation of goods including custom clearances and commodity codes.
- Working with Finance and Goods in to deal with any delivery issues including damages, incorrect products and payment related issues ensure EDNAs are completed in a timely manner.
- Recommend SKU classification changes.
- Action NLA SKUs when advised by Suppliers
- Report Supplier issues to reporting manager
- Working collaboratively and cross functionally across the wider business to improve efficiency and performance.
- Attend supplier meetings when required.
- Maintain SOPs

**Skills Required**:

- Good Telephone and written communication skills.
- Confident with talking to Suppliers.
- Intermediate level on Microsoft office programs.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience within a Supply Chain role or stock Control role.

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5 GCSE’s including maths and English.
