Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the HR Coordinator will support the Headmaster to provide an efficient HR function for Cranford House School.

With previous experience in a fast-paced HR role, the HR Coordinator will possess a ‘can do’ attitude and will be willing to go above and beyond to support the needs of the School. They will remain calm under pressure and will have the ability to exercise judgement, show initiative and be highly discrete in all areas of their work.

Experience gained within a similar setting or in possession of an PA/HR commercial skill set that would transfer to a school setting would be preferable. They will be wholly committed to the aims, ethos and values of Cranford House.

The successful applicant will join a friendly, supportive, and ambitious team, both within the department and across the school.

Cranford House is just 5 miles from the historic market town of Wallingford and less than thirty minutes from the picturesque town of Henley-upon-Thames.
