HR Coordinator Location: Oxfordshire Contract: 6-months initial, inside IR35 About the Opportunity We’re working with a world-class motorsport organisation competing at the highest level of international racing. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the team. The Role As the HR Coordinator , you’ll provide vital administrative and operational support to the HR function, helping to deliver a seamless experience for employees at every stage of their journey. You’ll work closely with managers and team members across multiple departments, ensuring that HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant, all while contributing to a positive and high-performing culture. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Coordinate employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding processes, and exit procedures. Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Support payroll preparation and data management. Assist with training coordination, performance reviews, and development programmes. Help organise engagement initiatives and employee wellbeing activities. Be a first point of contact for general HR queries. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Previous experience in an HR coordination or administrative role. Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with all levels of the business. Ideally proficient with Microsoft Office and Workday platforms. Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality support. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable.
