Prince Talent & Resourcing are currently recruiting a **HR Business Partner**on behalf of our client, who are **one of the UK's fastest growing business'** within the renewables industry. This will be well suited to you if you are have around 3-4 years' experience as a HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment.

**Role**: HR Business Partner

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

**Location**: HQ - Oxfordshire (hybrid working)

**Duration**: Permanent

Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for supporting staff across the organisation, delivering HR operations as well as strategic goals that will cover the whole employee life cycle.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- First point of contact for employees - driving a positive employee experience.
- Dealing with day to day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance)
- Support in the management of the HRIS (HR Information Systems).
- Carry out people related administration and coordination tasks (e.g., new starter processes, expenses queries) where required.
- Provide accurate and timely management information, and ensure compliance with Company processes, data protection requirements and best practice with regards to maintenance of HR systems and records.
- Support & lead on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activities; talent attraction; talent retention; and, Employee Relations.

**What you'll need**:

- CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
- Strong, relevant HR generalist experience (circa 3-4 years) including recruitment, employee relations, policies/procedures and reward
- Demonstrable experience of advising/managing complex caseloads
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment, preferably within an Engineering/Manufacturing/Energy sector
