**HR and Payroll Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract**

We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced international HR and Payroll Administrator to join one of the fastest growing and diversified medical organsiations in the world at a pivotal point in their journey. This is a truly unique opportunityproviding HR and payroll support internationally. If you are a strong HR administrator comfortable dealing with international payroll, who enjoys providing superb assistance to the wider team, this is an excellent role for you to consider.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to be an integral part of the employee experience supporting employees through every step of their journey.

**HR and Payroll Administrator Responsibilities**

As the HR Administrator some of your duties will include:

- HR Administration including administering the HRIS system
- Recruitment Administration involving interview arranging and inductions for all new employees
- Coordinating the monthly payroll process
- Supporting with wider finance responsibilities including internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance

**HR and Payroll Administrator Experience**

Our client is looking for an excellent HR and Payroll administrator with proven prior experience supporting in a varied and fast-paced role. You will
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the flexibility to multi-task andre-prioritise when required.

In addition, you should ideally have payroll and benefit experience at an international level and be comfortable and able across the Microsoft office suite.
