We are currently recruiting an exceptional Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse to join our Theatre team as band 6 Team Leader for Trauma and Orthopaedic theatres Trust wide.

You will be a skilled member of the team, responsible for providing high quality, safe and personal care to our patients.

You will also be required to provide supervision, advice, education and training to junior members of staff and act as a mentor/supervisor.

We are a busy theatre department and provide care for patients undergoing a range of surgical specialties including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Vascular and Paediatric.

This position will involve weekend work and an on call commitment (respectively) in accordance with the Duty Rota and may also involve nights occasionally.
