The role:
The right candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing development; this will ensure you are upskilled in all areas of the business including contact centre management, project planning and client liaison. You will report directly into the Operations Team Leader and working alongside them, be responsible for a team of up to 20 tele-researchers. Through your learning you will develop skills to train, motivate and drive the team to achieve targets in both productivity and call quality.
- Working as part of a team, gaining skills to drive the team to achieve targets and hit Key Performance Indicators
- Upskill in people management and HR related activities
- Gain knowledge on providing daily and weekly updates to the management team on all KPIs
- Understand the planning required to ensure we achieve client deadlines and raising any issues with a project to the management team
- Gain vital skills on training, coaching and mentoring the tele-researcher team
- Ensuring the team's Health, Safety and Well Being by following all office management processes and policies
- Lead by example, the ability to carry out the researcher role to become a subject matter expert for future recruitment and development of our people
- Any other duties as required
Duties & responsibilities:
As a trainee team leader, you will be given the opportunity to work and upskill alongside the Outbound Team Manager and tele researcher agents. You will be required to call handle to support the business and allow yourself to gain a good understanding of the different surveys we deliver. Through this understanding you will be able to assist the Team Manager in Quality Assessments and delivery of feedback and coaching.
You will gain skills in pulling daily reports and analysing data for trends to aid performance management and results.
It will be key for you to be able to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets, it is imperative that you are able to lead by example in a professional and business-like manner.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)

Working hours: This is a permanent, full time (37 hours a week) position.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 09:00-20:00; shifts are during these hours over 4 days (possible overtime on Saturdays). Flexibility needed when required.
