We create bespoke high-end furniture and bespoke joinery for Casino projects and are looking to appoint a Joiner/team leader for our manufacturing workshop based in South Shields. You would be responsible for a team delivering the manufacturing schedule on time and in line with the high standards expected by our clients.

Skills and Experience required from the Joiner: - At least 10 years’ experience in a furniture / cabinet making / assembly environment - People management experience, able to mentor and train others - Experience using all kinds of woodworking machinery and hand-held power tools - Self-driven and results orientated - Ability to understand technical drawings - Problem solver and able to mentor others. Company pension provided.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Shields, NE33 1LH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 10 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
