About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a national training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, and professional development programmes across the UK. As the training division continues to expand, particularly in IT, Digital, and professional sectors, a dynamic Learner Recruitment Executive is now sought to lead and evolve the learner engagement function.

Position Overview
This is a target-focused engagement role suited to individuals passionate about supporting learner progression and driven by achieving KPIs.

Role-specific responsibilities:

- Achieve KPI activity including webinars, calls, meetings, and programme starts.
- Deliver webinars and conduct one-to-one career advice sessions.
- Maintain an accurate database of prospects and record activity in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
- Support team members and contribute to overall company objectives.
