**Job Title: Parts Stock Controller**
**Salary: £19,500 - £21,300**
**Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am until 3pm, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday working required on a rota basis.**

Due to our continued growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join TMT First as a Parts Stock Controller.

**The Opportunity**

The Parts Stock Controller role is to support with the control of all mobile device parts, including ordering, allocating parts and stock control, to ensure that we are able to provide mobile device and repair solutions for our customers.

Duties will include:

- Assisting with stock management of all mobile phone parts within the parts store ensuring stock integrity is maintained at all times according to internal processes.
- Learn, understand and use internal and external systems to monitor and report on parts inventory.
- Learn, understand and use best housekeeping practices to ensure stock storage space is managed effectively
- Using scanning equipment & internal systems to scan parts and handsets paying great attention to detail
- Helping to ensure the parts store meets Health and Safety standards to reduce downtime and accidents.
- Displays aptitude and attitude to become an effective team member

**About You**

The successful applicant must be a team player, have strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and be computer literate. It is also important to be able to multitask and be adaptable due to using multiple internal and external software systems.

You will be:

- PC literate with excellent data entry skills
- Committed to delivering an appropriate quantity and level of work
- Flexible in regard to working hours
- Honest with high levels of integrity
