From smartphones to smartwatches, you'll be at the forefront of quality assurance, working alongside our dedicated team to deliver excellence to our valued customers. **Your Duties Will Include**: - Utilising state-of-the-art industry software to conduct precise diagnostics on a range of digital devices. - Performing meticulous visual inspections to assess cosmetic standards and meticulously recording your findings. - Employing industry systems to expertly wipe mobile phones and other devices of all data. - Maintaining meticulous records of all inspections using both manual processes and cutting-edge scanning equipment. - Striking the perfect balance between productivity and quality, ensuring each task is completed to perfection. - Taking ownership of your workload and maintaining impeccable stock control and integrity. - Collaborating seamlessly with Team Leaders and Supervisors to resolve any issues or delays, ensuring customer expectations are always exceeded. - Upholding the utmost confidentiality in all business and customer interactions. - Promoting a culture of safety and contributing to a clean and organised work environment. **About You**: Are you ready to make a difference?
