Page Personnel are recruiting for a Part time Credit Control Clerk based in Newcastle -under - Lyme.

**Description**

As a Credit Control Clerk, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager.

Duties will include, however aren't limited too
- To maintain debtors details on the finance system, including the creation of new accounts and the amendment of customer details
- To generate accurate invoices to customers on a timely basis.
- To run and critically review the reports on the ACR ledger to identify the College's debt position.
- To identify and undertake the most suitable action in relation to overdue debt.
- To produce standard debt collection correspondence and to develop case histories, for future reference, by keeping electronic correspondence files for each debtor.
- To consult with the College Accountant to develop bespoke collection strategies for debts outside the Colleges standard terms including developing relationships with the customer to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- To liaise with departments to improve debt management processes and educate users, including advice on appropriate lines of communication with other organisations.
- To resolve issues raised by internal and external parties, recommending further action.
- To review case histories to recommend further action or write-off to the College Accountant and Vice Principal.
