To help them get the most out of every day, we're looking for someone who is **local to the area**, familiar with local amenities, and who holds a **full UK driving licence**. **About You** We're seeking someone who is not only compassionate and dependable but who also brings experience in: - Supporting individuals with **autism** and **complex needs**: - Managing **epilepsy** and understanding associated health needs - Responding to **behaviours that challenge** with confidence and empathy - Promoting **mental health and emotional wellbeing** You'll need to be calm, adaptable, and emotionally resilient—someone who listens, understands, and can build a genuine connection.
