Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Guildford - Salary Basic £20K (OTE £30-35K) DOE
Our clients are one of the leading Estate & Letting specialists in the Guildford property market dedicated to providing unrivalled service to its customers and a great career to its team of agents. As a British Property Award Gold Winners they have a strongreputation. They are now looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings negotiator to support their continued growth.
The role
Your role will be to communicate with Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Vendors, to register applicants, attend viewings, negotiate offers, generate business and to conduct property valuations after a period of training.
The role will be salaried with a very generous commission structure.
- 1 year+ experience as a Sales / Lettings Negotiator
- Hungry for a great career in Estate Agency
- Highly motivated
- Excellent attitude to customer service
- Full driving licence
- IT literate
Salary and benefits
The salary is very much dependant on experience, our client is looking for the right fit for the team, so the salary range is between £18 -20K Basic with an OTE between £30,000- 35,000 again dependent on experience.
There will be a car allowance
