**Office and Accounts Administrator**

**£25,000 - £30,000 per annum**

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office and Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client based in Leigh. As this is the only member of support staff in the office we are looking for a good 'all-rounder' who is happy to pick up ad-hoc tasksand has a very flexible attitude.

Duties will include:
**Admin**
- Manage calendars
- Input details of new jobs and clients
- Producing quotes for new clients
- Updating project trackers
- Implement any new admin processes as required
- Ordering stationary/supplies
- Set up new starters on the system
- Manage holidays and sickness
- Deal with facilities issues, health and safety and contractors
- Reception duties
- Manage social media accounts
- Arrange company events
- Renew any supplier contracts
- Arrange training courses
- Ensure timesheets are completed

**Accounts**
- Updating spreadsheets and creating reports
- Reconcile bank transactions
- Manage sales and purchase ledger
- Credit control
- Creating purchase orders and invoices
- Assist external accountant with payroll and VAT
- Attending directors meetings regarding forecasts
- First class administrative skills and ideally experience of coordinating an office
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Great organisation and the ability to organise others
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office is essential and ideally experience of Xero
- Flexible attitude to work
