As we continue to grow, we are seeking various Administrators to join our busy expanding team at our Head Office in Leigh.

General Roles and Responsibilities for all Roles
Collating and analysing technical information and reporting to the Management Team
Liaising with suppliers, assisting in resolving queries and ordering stock
Maintaining quality systems and processes
Filing and general ad-hoc administration duties
Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Have a ‘can do’ attitude
Methodical and conscientious in approach - with keen attention to detail
A problem solver who is not afraid to ask questions
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Strong communication and telephony skills
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Answering the telephone and liaising with other departments within the business
Transport Administrator
Insurance claim monitoring and handling including liaising with brokers and third parties
Assisting in the development of marketing strategies
Monitoring fuel spend within the company
Monitoring and updating essential documentation including various reports
Operations Administrator
Planning and delegating jobs to operatives, prioritising emergencies, and chasing paperwork
Creating reports with updates on jobs to send to our clients
Liaising on the phone with clients and suppliers, assisting in resolving queries and ordering machinery
Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork and reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Reviewing live CCTV footage and processing footage via different client portals
Uploading/downloading CCTV footage from camera units and various web portals
Using bespoke software in order to produce Survey Reports
Logging camera issues with the Operations Manager and keeping track of maintenance repair/costs
Experience using Auto Cad/Wincan/HADDMS/OX19x are desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Accounts Administrator
Creating invoices using Xero with accuracy and detail
Liaising on the phone with Clients and Suppliers, assisting in resolving queries
Creating accounting reports for Senior Management and Directors
Taking and processing payments
Previous experience working with Xero is preferred, but internal training can be provided
Human Resources Administrator
Assisting with disciplinary and grievance minutes as well as supporting the senior management team with all performance management procedures
All aspects of HR related administration
Carrying out return to work interviews and monitoring absences
Assisting with new employee inductions
Arranging necessary training for employees, liaising with the senior management team to ensure requirements are met
Recruitment - job advertisements, arranging and conducting interviews and job offers
A knowledge of employment laws and practices
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Approachable and helpful
