As a receptionist for an aluminium window and door company, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional company image. Your duties will involve greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome clients, suppliers, and other visitors with a warm and professional demeanour. Provide information and assistance as required, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Managing Incoming Calls: Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Respond to inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.

Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments for sales representatives, technicians, and other staff members. Maintain a well-organized calendar and ensure efficient utilization of company resources.

Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Update and maintain various records and databases accurately and confidentially.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by providing support in preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer files. Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales-related administrative tasks.

Office Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.

Company Image: Uphold a professional company image by maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour in all interactions. Ensure the reception area reflects the brand identity and values of the company.

Information Resource: Familiarize yourself with the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients and visitors.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
