**Job description**
GreenThumb offers a variety of lawn treatment services designed to keep your lawn healthy and vibrant year-round. Their services include seasonal fertilisers, weed control, aeration, scarification, and pest and disease treatments and more.
1. They also provide hard surface treatments for driveways, patios, and paths to manage algae, moss, and weeds.
With over 220 branches across the UK, this position is with ourselves, a Franchise covering 6 territories and service over 4200 customers.

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
- Utilise CRM for financial record keeping and invoicing.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain office supplies / stock inventory and order as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required, contributing to overall productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in MSword etc is highly desirable.
- Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerised systems is essential.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management.
**Desirable**
- Experience in the use of a CRM Salesforce
- Previous experience scheduling of multi treatments
